As our Supply Chain Manager, you make sure Fastned’s spare parts supply chain runs smoothly across multiple countries. Managing two main warehouses and several local stocks, overseeing replenishment and forecasting for maintenance needs, and coordinating logistics between all locations will directly support our mission to deliver reliable, high-quality charging service across Europe.


You keep warehouses safe, organised, and stocked with the parts that keep our stations running. Together with local teams, you track inventory, maintain accurate data, and make sure storage and processes stay efficient.


By looking ahead you are able to anticipate what is needed and prevent shortages. Good supplier relationships and clear communication keep deliveries on time and operations steady.


Data plays an important factor in this role. You connect the dots between warehouses, local stocks, and service locations. Making sure our systems reflect reality, using them to analyse trends and support decisions about cost, performance, and availability. You’ll regularly audit and reconcile stock to keep financial reporting accurate and reliable.

Finally, you are always keeping an eye on the bigger picture: improving how we work. While you’ll start with two direct reports, the real opportunity lies in what you’ll build from there. With steady process improvements you’ll make our supply chain safer, faster, and easier to manage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5-7+ years) in parts distribution, inventory management, and logistics, preferably within a fast-paced and growing organization.

  • Experience with inventory forecasting, procurement, and vendor management.

  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, warehouse operations, and supply chain optimization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with supply chain software (ERP, WMS, forecasting tools).

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally between Fastned’s sites.
