Expansion Manager Switzerland

In this role you will drive the growth of our locations, as our goal is a European network of 1,000 fast charging stations on prime locations. Fastned is a fast growing, listed scaleup company and is currently active in nine countries.

Your Missions

Join Fastned's Swiss Network Expansion team and accelerate our mission to provide "Freedom to the Electric Driver." As an Expansion Manager for the Romandie, you will be instrumental in expanding our network of fast-charging stations, solidifying our position as a leading charging provider.

Your Responsibilities:

• Expand our Network: Scout, identify, and secure optimal locations for new fast charging stations in the Romandie.

• Build Relationships: Leverage your existing real estate network and forge new connections with landowners, developers, and retailers.

• Lead Negotiations: Spearhead real estate negotiations from initial discussions to contract execution.

• Oversee Development: Support projects from contract signing through the grand opening of new stations.

• Collaborate: Work closely with architects, construction managers, and data analysts to bring sites to life.

Your Profile

We're looking for someone who "thinks like a founder." Your insights and ideas are valued - share them, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation.You have a good balance of strategic thinking, business judgment and commercial drive. You like to negotiate and see projects through to completion. You are a real networker, have a nose for business opportunities and you love to push projects through until success.

Additionally, you tick the following boxes:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in expansion, development or other acquisition oriented role,

• Strong local knowledge in your region,

• An existing network in the real estate industry and an appetite to deepen it further,

• Basic knowledge of building laws,

• A strong commercial and problem-solving mindset,

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English,

• Open for regular travel within Switzerland,

• You are motivated by accelerating the energy transition.
