Your role
In this role, you will join the Head of Strategy and Pricing to jointly define our commercial strategy and pricing strategies in partnership with the larger commercial team and a range of other internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in both designing the strategy through analytics and realizing it through key processes and projects.
The Pricing and Commercial Strategy team is a newly established part of the commercial team. Together with the Head of Commercial Strategy and Pricing, you will develop a winning commercial strategy for the coming 5+ years, specifically focusing on the design and execution of a pricing strategy. Our primary goal is to support our company mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility.

Your overall responsibilities include
Your focus will be flexible and develop as you, the team and the company needs evolve. Here’s a flavor of what you will be specifically working on:
- Hands on management of key pricing processes:
Manage existing B2C price plan propositions (e.g. Gold Membership) in partnership with our business development, product, marketing, and customer support teams.
Design and roll out new B2C price plan propositions backed by your research and data
Manage our periodical pricing reviews
- Drive insights on commercial performance:
Periodic (monthly, quarterly) reviews of commercial performance in partnership with the Data Analytics and Insights team
Setup/evaluate our KPI structure to measure commercial success
Deep dives to understand specific trends and translate them into actions
- Shape the commercial strategy together with the team, contributing by:
Modeling 2030 market volumes across our 9 markets
Challenging the status quo, identifying growth opportunities, and alternate directions for the commercial strategy
Setup market research in our countries
Identifying key competitor trends and how our company should respond
- Drive strategic projects:
Manage price sensitivity study in collaboration with academic partners
Setup customer research in collaboration with our customer researcher
Optimize processes within and across the departments
Support the broader commercial team by providing business analytics, including developing business cases for significant commercial deals
Job requirements
Who we are looking for

You have a strong commercial sense and excel in finding and communicating the insights that help shape our business. You feel equally at home in quantitative and qualitative analyses. You are tenacious and creative and find ways to get things done. You are a critical thinker who is curious, can think creatively, and loves to find solutions in uncharted territory.
You have an intrinsic drive to achieve our mission, are not afraid to prioritize, but also follow your heart, intuition and curiosity.

You have at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally we’re looking for experience in a strategy consulting role, with pricing experience as a strong plus
Your organizational skills help you manage various projects efficiently
Your communication skills help to make complex things simple, and explain it to a wide audience and range of stakeholders. You like building bridges with relevant stakeholders to get people along in the decision making
You leverage data and logic to drive strategic decisions. You have experience in analyzing and modeling data to make key decisions
You know how to prioritize your work and are not afraid to focus
Because we are an international company, fluent English is necessary, ideally you also speak one of the other relevant languages: Dutch, German, French
Electric mobility is new territory for you?
